The RecoveryScan uses cutting edge technology from FirstBeat to track your heart rate variability (HRV).
HRV is the measure of the variation between your heartbeats. Higher variability signals that someone is in a relaxed state, well recovered and generally fitter. A lower variability signals that a person is highly stressed, poorly recovered and generally has a low fitness level.
Your HRV will take place over three days using a discreet ECG. Following your assessment, you will sit down with a wellness coach to discuss the findings and create a strategy to improve your sleep quality, increase your aerobic fitness and fully recover from the demands of your day.
